Job Description:

The Wealth Management & Operations Specialist at MoneyKonnect LLP will play a multifaceted role that extends beyond client relationship management. In addition to cultivating relationships across a wide spectrum of clients, you will be responsible for backend transactions and have overall ownership of operations. This position is based in our Noida Sector 27 office

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, from retail investors to high net worth individuals, by understanding their unique financial objectives.

Offer tailored financial advice and investment strategies to different segments of the client base

Handle backend transactions, including trade execution, account management, and reconciliation.

Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Work closely with internal departments like product specialists and investment advisors to provide a holistic financial solution to clients.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell MoneyKonnect LLP's suite of financial products, such as loans, insurance, and mutual funds

Ensure all operations and transactions are in line with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial operations, or similar roles.

Ability to manage different client segments and adapt financial strategies accordingly.

Strong operational skills, with an understanding of backend transaction processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet strict deadlines.

Certifications like NISM-Series-X-A and NISM-Series-V-A are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse set of clients by understanding their unique financial objectives.

Provide customized investment advice tailored to the specific needs, risk profiles, and financial goals of each client segment.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell MoneyKonnect LLP's financial products, such as loans, insurance, and mutual funds.

Remain current on market conditions and investment opportunities to offer timely and accurate advice to clients.

Collaborate with internal departments, like product specialists and investment advisors, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Achieve individual and team targets for revenue generation and client diversification.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in diverse wealth management or financial advisory roles.

Ability to apply different sets of principles for managing various customer segments.

Comprehensive understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.

Exceptional communication skills and the aptitude for relationship building.

Capability to work in a performance-driven setting and meet deadlines.

Relevant certifications such as NISM-Series-X-A and NISM-Series-V-A are advantageous.
